Some notes from our annual report -
Field Walking On our first field walk decorated stone slabs built into field walls were discovered. These are now thought to be linked to a former gateway into the grounds of Dunnichen House.
Dunnichen Heritage Trail - Plans are continuing towards the creation of a Heritage Trail incorporating the site of the Pictish Fort and continuing along the Kirk road to the ‘Girdle Stane’.
Boundary Stones - A group walked along the top of Dunnichen hill to view two boundary stones built into the wall between the Dunnichen and Burnside estates.

Blog Page – dunnichenheritagesociety.blogspot.com The blog page continues to be updated and is now linked to a Letham website
Dempster for Children – A booklet, aimed at children, to let them know of the influence of George Dempster is being produced by Joan and Alison.
Tree Survey – A survey was made of trees at Dunnichen House. These are now listed and will be added to our archives.
Archive materials – A start to cataloguing archive materials has been made and will progress as time allows
